Request data deletion

To request deletion of your data from the Futuremedia WhatsApp training demo, email digital@futuremedia.com.na with the subject “WhatsApp demo data deletion”. Include the WhatsApp number you used, with its country code. Never send an access token or password.

What happens next

Futuremedia will verify the request and remove phone-related messages, delivery records, contacts, bot jobs and webhook records from the demo database. Identify any file you uploaded so the operator can locate it. Application media also expires under the 14-day cleanup schedule. Deleting data from this demo does not delete messages from your own device or override Meta’s independent data handling.

Stop messages immediately

Send STOP to the demo WhatsApp number. This prevents new demo sends without waiting for the deletion request. The operator’s data-deletion endpoint is protected by login.
